These AMP hemp inserts are made of two to three layers of fabric composed of 55% hemp and 45% cotton.
These inserts may be used in all diapers.
Each insert mesures 15" x15" (12" x 14" after washed) and may be folded in 2 to get 4 layers of hemp or in three to get 6 layers.
A 3 layer thick insert is perfect for baby that urinates  normally during daytime and twice during night time. 
A three layer thick insert is perfect for a baby that urinates often during daytime.
