Soft roe is very rich in marine DNA (up to 14% according to laboratory test) and is recognised for its antioxidant power and its property of osseous cell regeneration. It contains no iodine.

The liver is rich in liposoluble vitamin and in bio absorbable minerals:
Mainly in haemic iron (present only in animal form)
Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium
Many other vitamins (see the annexed file)

Another advantage is that minerals and vitamins are already in a biochemical form that is synergic and recognizable for cellular reception sites (fish skin is more allergenic and poor in calcium).
